Ulcer perforation into bulbus duodeni

Florid gastric ulcer perforated into the duodenal bulb with bleeding from the fringe of the ulcer. Small ulcers in the bulb

Finding after 14 days

EGD control after 14 days shows a wide, largely healed perforation, which is well passable with the endoscope.
